so today i want to give you all some things about how to calm down..
yeeah, im not the best person to talking about calming somebody, beacuse im usually stressed or depressed, whatever.
here we gooo!
1. MUSIC
i think its obvious..
it's kind of personal thing cause someone feels good when he listen to classical music and the other one feels better when he listen to dubstep...
okay, i dont judge people by music they're listening but i can recommend some genres
- indie pop
- classical
- japanese piano songs... (just perfect) playlist i recommend
- London Grammar
- Coldplay
- Adele
- Radiohead
and other good music

2. close your eyes.
make the world dont exist for a minute
this will make u take a control of ur emotions
3. go outside
fresh air can be very relaxing in some bad situations..
it can be difficult in school so then u should sit as nearest the window as you can
after that you should go on a very long walk (with music of course)
4. if you have a pet u should play with it
its very charming and you will feel better in a second
its one of the fastest ways to calm down
5. talk with someone
a friend, classmate, someone form ur family, teacher
somebody you belive
or write it
try writing a dairy
maybe it will give you a look at your problems and you will fine a way to solve them..
